To start things off, let’s quickly recap what brand voice actually is. It refers to the specific tone, language, and personality that a company or brand uses to communicate with its target audience. It’s a combination of elements such as word choice, syntax, punctuation, and style that helps create a distinct look and feel for the brand.
Configuring Your Brand Voice Settings
Click on edit and scroll down to Brand Voice. For example, here I’m going to add “be casual, really friendly, using playful language and engaging humor to connect with customers.” Once you’re happy with the brand what you’ve added, click on save and you’re all set.
Creating AI-Powered Captions with Brand Voice
Now, when you create a new post and choose to generate a caption with the AI assist, you’ll notice that it takes into account the tone and language you set in your profile settings. It doesn’t get much easier to help align your post and captions with the tone you expect for your brand and reach your target audience in the simplest yet most effective way possible.
